At the moment, I am working with LoveCrochet.com and Homestart in a very special project called the Snowflake appeal. For the full details you can pop over to Lovecrochet.com where they have all of the information as to how you can get involved, what you will need and most importantly, how you can donate. We are asking all of you lovely people to give crocheting a snowflake a go and getting as many people involved as possible. This tutorial is available in both right handed and left handed versions to make it accessible to as many people as possible.
I am honoured to have been asked to help out with this special cause. Helping teach the queen of handmade Kirstie Allsopp crochet was an amazing experience. You can see how that went by watching the appeal video below.
The videos are below or click to see the right handed or left handed version. Details on what yarn I used will be added later, but for now, have fun playing around with different yarns.
Share your projects using #snowflakeappeal I know that together, we can achieve amazing things! And don’t forget, it’s not about making your snowflakes perfect! It’s about putting your love into making it.
